We warrant review of our high quality standards since we introduced and applied
the TÜV-certified quality management in June 1996.
Each step in the working progress is reviewed for compliance with ISO 9001, so
that you stay informed at any time about the state and the quality of the work.
In the year 2002, our company obtained the certification acc. to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000
again and once again in the year 2005.
Our 12 quality principles:
- We want our customers to be satisfied. Therefore, high quality of our services is one of the major company objectives.
- The criterion for our quality is set by the customer. The customer's judgement of our services is decisive. The evaluation is safeguarded by continuous communication.
- The quality goal always is "no error" or "100% correct".
- Our customers evaluate not only the quality of the employees, but also fulfilment of tasks in due time and immediate reaction to desired changes
- Inquiries, offers, complaints etc. are to be handled in depth and without hesitation. Promised deadlines must absolutely be complied with.
- Each employee of our company at his place supports the realization of our quality targets. Therefore, it is each employee's duty, from the trainee to the manager, to render flawless work. Whoever detects a quality risk and is not able to eliminate it in the frame of his competence, is obliged to inform his supervisor without delay.
- Any work should be carried out correctly right from the start, thus not only enhancing the quality, but also reducing our costs. Quality increases profitability.
- Not only the errors, but the causes for the errors must be eliminated. Avoiding of errors has priority over eliminating of errors.
- The quality of our products also depends from the quality of the complementary purchase products. Therefore, we expect highest quality from our suppliers and support them in achieving the common quality goals.
- In spite of meticulous care, errors can occur occasionally. Therefore, many reliable procedures were introduced in order to detect errors in due time. These methods must be applied with strict consequence. We have efficiency controls for the standardized procedures.
- Achieving of our quality goals is a managerial duty. The quality of our employees' work is of particular importance for the evaluation of their performance.
- Our quality guidelines are binding. Additional requirements of our customers are respected.
