We develop, according to the standards set by you, technical alternatives for the installation and the testing of electrical and electromechanical equipment according to the expected quantity of units of production.
In doing so, we take into consideration the effect of the product properties on the installation and testing time, testing costs, course of installation and testing and on the testing equipment.
We provide consultation for determining of the testing depth and explanation of the impact on the testing gear technique, design of the test programs and on the amount of costs.
We give your standards regarding development, quality assurance and preparation for manufacture the form of duties books and testing directives, subsequently, we introduce and train your testing personnel (upon request).

We develop analogue and digital switching circuits for you, according to specifications and under consideration of VDE 0750/EN60601, we disentangle printed circuit boards and do the programming in various programming languages
Take advantage of our experience with the development of testing appliances for speeds, modules and entire devices.
Upon request, we provide you with the complete development of hardware, software and mechanics. Of course we deliver partial services, too.

Fabrication
Our workshop and our high-performance subcontractors provide you with the following:
- Milling, boring and turning work for metal and plastic and sheet metal work according to sketches and drawings
- Installation and wiring work according wiring plans and instructions. Installation of racks, front metal sheets or supporting boards according to sketches, drawings or photographs.
- Fastening of individual parts, such as switches, fuses, clamps, indicators etc.
- Re-working of bore holes for fastening, and breakthroughs
- Wiring of individual components such as plug boards, power distributors etc.
- Finding and recording of deviations from existing documents, corrective measures for wiring and cable plans.
- Equipping of tool speeds and printed circuit samples, setting of sleeves into pin adapters
- construction of prototypes, fabrication of cables
- Changing of adapters and testing devices as agreed.
Testing, maintenance and repair
To support your testing department, during manufacture start-up and in the event of capacity bottlenecks we provide for you:

Testing and repair of sample switching units and sample devices and/or prototypes with laboratory testing means, structural component investigation
Maintenance and monitoring of self-made testing means in the fabrication workshops, which includes:
- Exchange of parts subject to wear
- Repair of defects
- Checking of functions
- Checking of measuring tolerances
- Cleaning of devices
- Testing according to VBG 4 and DQS
- Testing and repair of engines from the drive test
- Subsequent taking into operation
First putting into operation of testing gear and hand-over to the respective workshop
Introduction of test personnel and support during pilot series testing
Recording of test data and evaluation of test results
Checking of switch cabinets according to customer's standards and/or customer's specifications
